She is just being naughty, I had just placed it there for a few seconds! She had better not sit on my salad or my tiny wee carrot seedlings!

maybe if you put some little sticks all around the seeds it wouldnt be so comfy?

Think I may do that!

A bit. Old here this morning. I was planning on putting the salad and purple sprouting seedlings out. I have a couple of fleece cloches.......pity the soil is so cold.

We had huge hailstones, thunder, heavy rain and glorious sunshine yesterday. Not all at the same time I hasten to add. It looked like the weather man was giving us a pick and mix day. I like the cat. Maybe she thiought she could act as a heat source for you.

A bit like a furry duvet!
We had the same weather yesterday bar the thunder. I was at work digging holes for two clems had to keep hiding in the store room as had forgotten my coat!
The holes took ages, the ground full of ivy roots and in one hole a massive concrete block!

I hope you got them in. Sounds like hard work. I would put ivy on the dangerous plants list but I know not many see the damage it is doing to the green and peaceful countryside.

I totally agree, ivy in the wrong place is a right pain!

I did get them in. One is an Alpina and the other clematis Niobe. I will watch them like a hawk. Have also left a watering can nearby to remind the owners to give a wee water!
Am gardening between hail showers today! Have lifted some hostas and put them in the edge of the pond, hoping that the snails and slugs can't swim! Lifted a small rosé Nd put it in a pot. Dug up some knautia pastel pinks and potted them up till they recover.

Both lovely clems. You lifted ?
27 Apr, 2013
Dug out of the earth! As every year they get Eaten by slugs?
27 Apr, 2013
The rose ND. What is it?
27 Apr, 2013
Typo!! It's this iPad keyboard!
But I could be lifting a glass of rosé!! Down by the pond a watchin' the newts!

Mmm! Don't fall in will you. lol.

A bit chilly outside now, have closed the greenhouse and put the fox food out, camera at the ready. Hope she comes by before I need to cook!
