Is that an obsession with you English ladies? Hellebores and heucheras?:-))))

I'm not addicted to hellebores like some members. Most heucheras leave me cold too, but some that came from my late mothers garden are grown for the memories rather than anything else.
Hellebores are such good doers I suspect that is why so many of us grow them. they also flower nice and early too. :o)

:-) I did not mean to be critical, SB. I think that they are both very nice plants and I actually like heucheras for wide variety of colors and leaves. But is seems that they are very popular plants in UK? I do not see them as much in the gardens here...... more in pots. I got one hellebore with the house,(when we bough it) It is always smothered by vigorous leaves of colchicums in the spring. For several years I did not even know that I have it. One thing is good about them that deer does not like them. The one in the picture is cute.
Take care.

Well, I don't know what it's worth, Sbg, but this is the very 1st one I've seen that I actually do like!
And there was me, last week, telling Scotsgran that they left me cold.
What a wee fibber I am, eh? Lol.
