I will be interested to see how it opens Scotkat. I have Nancy Evans as well but mine is in full bloom almost over.
One of my favorites. Now she has the most beautiful new bronze leaves. Another interest after it blooms.

I have many rhodies in my garden but this one is also in my front garden so what will bloom 1st back or front garden
