I expect it will Dawn if you have the pot where the plant can climb up something they love to climb up and over and will soon cover a large area I have mine growing over an arbour mixed with roses and Clems .. the roses are taking forever to do what I want them to do !

I know, no buds on my roses. Ive planted the A quinata in a big pot aganst one of the pergola posts to save removing a slab, I've tied it up. Bring on Summer.

Yes....covered a trellis which was hiding next doors huge ugly cabin in the garden at our old house so perfect! And I recommend it as a evergreen/ semi evergreen to clematis Montana if people want a quick grower tha will grow in a part shady position as well as sunny!

Amy, how do take cuttings and when please. Sounds a good climber to have around x

It would grow well up your neighbours satellite poles to hide them Janey maybe you could sneak one in and plant it at the base :o)
Dawn I've no idea if there's a proper way to take cuttings from it , I will tell you how I did it with my fingers crossed but it worked . I selected a nice side shoot pull it off leaving a ' heel ' dipped it in hormone powder and then potted it up ,I cut it down to about 6" to save it's strength I hope it works for you x
