I believe it calls "President". Very large flowers.

hmmm I got president few week ago but is 1y old clematis will see flowers next year.its beautiful blue anyway

Thanks Kaustubh. I did not plant it , it was on the property when we moved in and we are living here for 10 years now. So it is well established . It is climbing on old dead rose :-)
