I am eagerly awaiting my first clematis flower! Only on my new ones though. My mature ones are nowhere near flowering yet.

You have some new ones Karen ? wow look forward to them you must have sooo many now, the ones I planted through some of my shrubs, after your tip :-), are starting to really get going this year.

Yes, I bought a couple of flammula types for later in the summer, and a couple of shorter growing white ones for my new green and white garden. :)))) there's no stopping me! I've lost a few though....weather, slugs and refurbs have taken their toll!

Ive got this one too, but the anthers (?) are much darker. But soo big!
