This one and Meon have already doubled in size since May. It looks like both of them might be in bloom for the rest of the summer too

A little over 30cm across and 15-20cm high is my guess (a little over a foot wide and 6-8 inches across, I am not the best at metric conversions lol). Mature size in my daphne book says 20-30cm high and 30-40cm wide at maturity. I like daphnes this size, not too big and not too small. This one is a beauty; very free-flowering Spring into Fall, nice variegated evergreen leaves, easy to care for and one of the easiest to propagate from cuttings. I rooted more than 10 of these last year.

That sounds perfect! I keep forgetting that when I buy young plants, they don't stay small forever (at least if you look after them properly!).I've never investigated Daphnes, I always thought they were much bigger, and so no use for me, but I'll have to check out this variety at least, and that should lead me to others.
I'm not very good at metyric conversion, either. I work on 4 inches = 10 cm and 30 cm = roughly 1 foot. I'm starting to measure plants, home etc in metric, then I'll *have* to think metric, rather than convert, but I'm still an Imperialist at heart.

Most daphnes I have are this size but there are smaller and larger ones too. Daphne x burkwoodii, Daphne x transatlantica, Daphne tangutica, Daphne mezereum and Daphne odora are all nice larger sized Daphnes. In the right climate and with enough Daphnes, you can have flowers almost all year long. I had a couple Daphnes flowering over Christmas last year.
