Sorry, PP, the cake was eaten before my grandson flew to Mexico on Saturday on a school trip. He probably carried excess baggage after all that chocolate! He is going for 12 days with 17 classmates + staff to build homes so that homeless families can be reunited. He has spent the last 6-8 months fundraising for the event. His request for his return home is fish and chips and Christmas cake. I have just made the cake :)

What a great adventure for your Grandson, I will forgive him for eating all that yummy cake he deservess it! My you are early with you Xmas Cake aren;t you ;0))
