I can now see your wonderful Pergola; the Teasing Georgia Climbing rose grows about 2.5 m. high, so it would grow up the side of the pergola, perhaps not over the top; your grapevine will grow over the top to give you shade, and grapes! Clematis are available from many suppliers in the UK: they do need lots of water and feeding to grow well. Good luck with your pergola.
