Over the garden gate!

That looks amazing Shirl. I love to see a good veg. Plot. It's so satisfying picking your own food. Having said that, I have had just about enough courgettes now! have started giving them away!

It is not ours I might add!! We did have the one which is just outside the gate, foreground of this pic, but gave it up about 4 years ago. Too much like hard work now!!

Oh well, at least you can still enjoy seeing a well kept plot!

Someone has a nice tidy veggie plot.Nice to have neighbouring allotments like that. Perhaps you'll get some surplus produce.

I havent grown many veg this year, just toms and leeks but how I wished I had grow potatoes, they are so expensive at the shops. Whoever that allotment belongs to is doing a good job!

This is actually showing 2 allotments Summerbree and both 'owners' are excellent gardeners. In fact there are about 10 allotments on that site altogether & they are all well looked after, so it's a nice outlook. There is also a small one on this side of the grass in the foreground & we used to have that one, which was very convenient, but too much like hard work these days so gave it up several years ago.

yes they are hard work, you need to put a lot of time in to reap the rewards.
