Dahlia Myrtle's folly

Introduced in 1998. Heavily lacinated petals create a very fuzzy looking bloom with unusual coloring of mauve purple blending to orange and yellows.
I planted a tuber of this dahlia first time last year and this year we have about 5-6 plants, from the same tuber
Slugs really like this dahlia in earlier stage. I have also found that aphids like it as well.

Love Serano but not sure I would want this one,doesn't quite do it for me. Great to see it though.
