It's in a net to support it's weight Kat ,it's a Cantaloupe 'Sweetheart ' Melon , your lunch is delicious I love it all but don't know what Rucola is , is it a kind of lettuce ?

Rukola = ruccola/arugula I hope :-) Sort of green salad, Italian.

Thanks for the linc Kat ,I do grow Arugula we call it Rocket I love the peppery taste , LOL yes I'm being a good Mom :o) I hope so to Chris :o)

I had the same idea as Katrina, I thought you'd gone fishing for it too:-) I'll have to look up Kats rejuvenating recipe, I need it I think:-)

Thanks Hb this is my first attempt for many years , it seems a lot of hassle for what you get but it's worthwhile when you eat it !

And what sort of melon is it? Is it the water melon?
I just prepared my lunch for tommorrow - cubes from yellow melon, rucola, prosciutto, olive oil, balsamico vinegar and pepper.
