Spider in the Garden....

there are so many different ones and the colours and patterns are amazing, just do not like to feel them on my skin, ok while they are still and not running - fascinating patterns. :O)

It certainly is and I love to watch them in their webs weaving. Very clever creatures. :O)

I'm going to try to snap some other ones close up like this and see what patterns I can find! The garden was full of webs this morning in the mist. Autumn is definitely here in Carnoustie.

Just be careful they don't move fast and startle you if like me I would run a mile lol but they are fascinating things when I call the OH to remove one off the wall indoors he says what do you think it will do eat you .

Oh, I would...I am not happy too close up to them. Zoom comes in handy!

It's funny but I'm not bothered about them in the garden, get one in the house and I panic lol! Great pic although I can't study it for too long :o)

Wonderful markings & a briliant photo, Karen!
The legs look similar to one I've photo'd among the 'peas & nasties, but it has the underside of it's abdomen presented to me, so I can't be sure.
Guess, I'll have to persevere.
The ones in the house are usually males, Annie.
They are about to descend upon us, folks, as they search for females to mate with in September.
