Apple-pear

We picked them up today. Just few saved for eating and rest we'll juice. I left some runts on the ground for deer in the morning and in the afternoon they were all gone.

They are juicy but not as sweet as apples.

They taste something between apple and pear, Homebird. Very juicy, no good for cooking....just for eating fresh and for juicing. We add little bit of raspberry syrup to it to make the juice more flavourful (and colourful).
