First time I've been successful in bringing an annual (?) through winter. Rooted 7 stems in water on the windowsill - the parent plant and 6 cuttings died!
It's taken so long to flower, not sure it was worth the effort!

The effort of nurturing it for almost a year for a couple of flowers - I'd have been less disappointed if I had bought a new plant :)

True, but that's who you are...a nurturer, a champion of lost causes, or have I got you all wrong?
Didn't think so. ;-)

I know just what you mean with this one,Scottish..I have managed to root cuttings ok for the past three years, but, although the foliage smells lovely, the flowers are like yours..conspicuous in their absence ! I have had enough of nurturing these ungrateful little' beggars '..take note Mouldy..I am now a non nurturer..and they are already in the compost bin !

The flowers are lovely Scottish. You need to schedule a visit next summer to Falkland Palace. Their conservatory is full of the most beautiful pelargoniums. I showed a pic last year of a climbing one. We took our youngest and her kids to see it. They all had their own favourites. I will post a photo.
