:=) Well, it survived and looks beautiful. I like your mother... she sounds little bit as me :-)
You really protected it well. I think the roots are more important to protect in the pot than leaves. I hope to see it in your garden pictures next year again looking wonderful as tis one.

Have taken a chance and planted it in the ground......will keep my fingers crossed.

I've found out that my plantings survive better in the ground then pots. But Scottish have it nicely bundled up. Good luck with yours Dotty.
