Leptodermis oblonga flowers

The flowers are small but very pretty up close. They smell good but it's not a very strong fragrance.

Yes it can be! I have heard these will bloom 11 months in a greenhouse, I wish I had a greenhouse to try it.

i need one of those too (a greenhouse) would be lovely to have it blooming all year around...does it come from a warm climate then? (the plant originally)

I think it comes from the Himalaya's but I don't know if it grows at higher or lower elevations. I have some true cedars that grow at high elevations naturally so they are actually pretty hardy here.
