Well, I guess it is Fran, but in that spot there is no tide to speak of to wash it in, so how do they get so much of it I wonder!!??

hmmm, someone coming in at night with lorry-loads of spoil to dump? or maybe a bit storm washed it all up, and as you say there's little tide, nothing to wash it away?
