Violas 'Orange Duet' just planted out in the middle one of the 3 long, white troughs on our balcony floor.

Glad you can see the difference now, Fran, & that my explication helped you to see the difference.
The flowers themselves of this Viola don't look much like the picture on the label, do they? They may have made a mistake when putting the labels on the trays.

Just done a search on Google, for photos of this plant, & it seems they are correctly named as many of the photos look the same as my plants. The colour of the photo on the label is out, the orange being greatly exaggerated.

maybe that's a flaw wiht the printing prcoess, though you'd thjnk they'd know that by now. Probably a label mix-up, as you sayd; there's probably someone who bought these plants thinking that they were getting what you've got, because of the label!

Well there well a few open flowers in most of the trays & I expect people would buy them because of the open flowers not the label.
