Think it is an optical illusion, the sun is shining on the back of the leaves of a euphorbia, it does look like a white flower doesn't it!

I love your garden.

I do too, but not all the hard work that has to come in the next few weeks clearing it all in readiness for spring. lol actually, when the weather is nice I enjoy the clearing up but think as I have become older the task is becoming a chore. lol. it is my own fault I planted it up lol too many flowers and only one old body. lol. Not moaning just wish a fairy would come along and help me out a little. lol. Thank you so much for looking in. :O)

No what you mean Olive, Ive been out this afternoon trying to cut back and tame it a little but not much fun this dull damp weather is it!

I sympathise, Barbara. I don't much enjoy the Autumn clearing at all, but I'm always so pleased when I've done it. Your garden is looking a lot more cared fo than mine does at the moment!

Thank you everyone for your comments. Melchi you are only seeing the good bits lol. did manage to get some more chopped out yesterday. I too feel a sense of satisfaction when it is done, just hate the feeling of dread I get when I start on it. lol. These days I do a little and keep on doing it in small bites until it is done. It just takes longer but I can manage it if I do not try to do too much in one go. Lots still left to do the big middle border is the worst and that is still to have the secateurs brandished amongst the debris. Ah well slowly slowly and it will be done. Just need lots of sunshine which is not around today it is really cold here and very damp although not raining at the moment. Hope you are all having a good weekend. :O)

Unfortunately all the times I would have been in the garden, it seems to have been wet. But - as you say - it will eventually get done! Hope you are having a good weekend, too!

Nearly got the big border done now, taking it in small bites, it is quite easy once I get into it, it just looks a lot and it puts me off starting but if I do not do it I shall not be able to see the small crocus bulbs which are a picture in springtime. Wally dog helps to keep me company running around and disappearing in the debris, wonder what he will make of it all once it has gone in the barrow. lol. No places to hide then for him. :O)

It must be close to Narnia time again.
