Glad you liked it Hywel and Holly, I did not realized that it actually blooms.... and it is so very pretty. We can only grow it as a house plant up North.

You should be able to get green ones to flower down there,
I have had many green cordylines flower here in norfolk but no coloured ones as yet

Yes, mine are blooming also. They typically only bloom in winter; however, they bloomed this past summer, also.

I have Cordyline australis. I had no idea what it's flower might be like.Don't expect it to bloom here tho'.
