Not many good shots of anything in this back bed, but this on the phone camera seemed the best of the year for these, rocket dark red, my cinnamon scented wonder!

Thank you. I can't pass these up, the dark red color in the rocket series, a fragrant series, has a scent like hot cinnamon. I just smell them to death! :-)

Ooh yes, love the colour of these and cinnamon scented! You know snapdragons are great plants aren't they, quite happy with wherever they are, just adapting to the conditions, some weeny wild ones growing in rocky places and flamboyant ones like these in more nutritious soil. They're usually grown as annuals here GT, but if you just prune them back they'll come year after year.....you've inspired me to grow more next spring!

I love them. Winter is just too tough, so annuals here as well. I am searching for a partner for them, the delphinium are pink and too matchey. Much too dark a spot for both really, but I'll keep trying.

You know, I also love White snap dragons, and often these are quite the strongest of plants, I think they'd be great together.......happy Xmas too!

Good thinking. I should plant a contrast color. They all give me a thrill watching our fat bumblebees here shove their way in and out of the flowers.....lol.
