Not that I remember. The last time I saw this beauty was in St Lucia and it was exactly as you describe...floriferous but rampant and untidy looking.

Yes, it has pretty flowers; however, I agree with you, it can be a very messy vine and it grows way too fast and giant! There's so many of these vines here.
