Is it flowering? or is it pampas grass in the background?
There's very many old ones at the San Diego Zoo which have gigantic caudexes.

It is pampas grass in the background. I have not seen one flower yet,(only on internet) although the plant is popular in this part of the Mexico. I see lots of them in the pots too. Does it take long time before they flower?

I'm not sure how many years before it flowers. Typically they're around 6' (2m) before you see the first flowers. Here's a couple of my photos:

Interesting pictures Delonix. I thought they bloom white. Your picture shows pink.

Yes, Beaucarnea recurvata flowers have a pinkish hue to them. Beaucarnea stricta, which is a common species here, also...has white flowers.
