Do not know ID. Just cought my eye in the way to town.
The guy sitting underneath shows it's size in comparison.

It looks like Jacaranda mimosifolia. You can confirm it by looking to see if there's a lot of flat round seed pods hanging on the tree.

Jacaranda trees here can grow larger than this posted tree.
