she came to us as an ex-breeding bitch off a dog farm, but she only lived another 18 months.
if the truth was known she was kept in a cage and had to endure 7 or 8 sets of puppies in that enviroment. she was nearly blind when we had her and was told the vet gave her a clean bill of health!!!!!!!!!!!
we gave her the best 18 months of her limited life and am proud of that.
kisses old girl. xxx

That's so sad in one way but beautiful that you gave her those months of love. I wish some people would have more respect for animals, but they don't seem to care. We have a nation who love animals but there are always the few who want to make money out of it, disregarding the care of the animals they have.
I've seen a programme on the T.V. about the way puppies are being imported into this country and the state that people keep them in. It's terrible what the poor little things have to endure. They swap microchips and passports and It really needs to be stopped.

the dogs that come in from eastern europe are sold on to a gulible public by some highly questionable animal "charities."

My last little Siamese cat had to be put to sleep a week before my first knee operation and I won't think about another pet now. I've had four Siamese cats over the years, and the last two of them were rescues.
