What a beautiful flower. This is the Daphne for me. I think I'll try and hunt one down!

Brian - it was labelled as: Daphne bholua ‘Jacqueline Postil’ AGM

It really struggled in the first place - I thought it had died then last year new shoots appeared - this year it has buds and flowers opening. It has been in the ground for about 5 years and I am so excited to have flowers on it at last.

Lovely, this was the one in my latest blog (planted by the front door, you saw how large it was, and the perfume was beautiful)....

I am living in hopes that it gets that big Dd. :O) fingers crossed, it is growing well now. It has taken it ages to produce flowers but lots on it and the scent is lovely. :O)

Yes they do take some time to settle down...
