A Magnolia flowering in American Lane.
Though this photo is from 2013 the same tree is now in full bud though few flowers had actually opened when I last saw it a few days ago.
wow, that looks impressive enough, it must be amazing now. lol that looks small enough to be admired as a whoile without needing a step-ladder!
