They are lovely shrubs Klahanie I also have three of them lovely white sprays of blossom and their gorgeous red leaves, two of mine are varigated too which is an added bonus ;0))

I was thinking to get the one with variegated leaves Pansypotter, they are gorgeous.....and advantage in my garden would be that the deer ignores it. I bought way too many plants just for them to have a dinner. If you read some of my posts you know that I am constantly whining about our deer.

Oh Dear, I have heard they can be a nuisance in gardens eating plants and shrubs, hope you manage to get a varigated one;0)

There are several on this property, planted before we got here. 3 of these are the same and this is the smallest one in the front. It has grown considerably. When we moved in it was almost invisible.
