I bought this Eucalyptus last year and it is still small in pot. I left it outside through the winter and it did not suffer. It is a cold tolerant plant to -20deg. Celsius for brief periods.
it will be a huge tree (in maturity) so I have to be careful where I will plant it.... although, I probably will never see it at maturity :-)

I like the silvery little round leaves on this Eucalyptus.
Your comment made me smile. I bought Russian Olive last year.

i like the soft shade of the leaves...your comment about seeing it mature reminds me of when i wanted to buy a russian olive last year...the nursery man said they didn't stock them because they are not long lived in this area..i thought..well, i'm 82, maybe i won't be long lived either...so what? i'm planting one this year..maybe we'll both live a long time yet, and fool everybody LOL
