Google "Senna corymbosa plant". I can google just corymbosa and get it, so most strange.

I'm 99% happy with that id, but I haven't seen your plant in the flesh.

Found it now Meanie...but.....it says max height of a metre.......mine is taller than me and Im 5"7.......but I agree its very similar

According to the RHS site it says 1.5 to 2.5 metres height and width.
