Sambucus Tigranii

Never heard of this one Dawn. Funny, I was just thinking about how lovely they are. I only have 'Sutherland Gold', but I'm going to have at least one more..probably a black one. I love them!

Sutherland Gold is gorgeous, good for your golden bed then. Black Lace is a good black one. I have several now, including a nice variegated one, Madonna. Simbad put me on to Cotswold Garden Flowers, they have a vast range.

Yes Kathy, the site you put me on to, great idea to have Sambucus as an alternative to acers, too windy for them here. Oh good, glad the golden one is good, your black lace one is slow but alive, lol. My Sambucus Nigra is covered in flowers, love them, the pink against the black.

Strange isn't it Black Lace does great here but Black Beauty not so good did have two of that one but one died!!!

I must have a look at their website then, when the time comes for another one. Yesterday I mowed and then did a lot more scarifying....absolutely cream crackered today! Quite glad it's miserable...not tempted to go outdoors. Putting together my pot plant steps instead. Two hours to do the first one (supposed to take 30mins!).
