This tree grows wild around here and it is a Provincial flower.
I have couple large ones in different locations but I wanted one in very prominent spot. So, I bought one and planted it.

Thank you Katarina. They can grow quite tall. It is a tree.. .sometimes multi-stem.

Katarina, It is too late to take pictures now as they are almost finished blooming but I will make note to make one next spring for you. They bloom in April. Funny thing is I have searched in my photos and have not found one single picture of these trees.
