Yes ladies, we are indeed very near the sea, and the garden suffers sometimes especially in the winter....but on a hot summers day, wonderful.

Really special living near to the sea Dottie. I used to live on the isle of Wight at Lake, between Sandown and Shanklin. The beach was about 10 minutes away and I used to go horse riding along the beach too.

Lindak you are a long way from home then?why did you move so far away?

It was a case of Gerry's work. He found another job in Derbyshire, so we made the move. It was lovely living on the Island, a different way of life with the sea on our doorstep. The countryside is beautiful here, with lots of places to visit and plenty of wildlife too.
