Thank you Katarina. BBC Wildlife probably can see I don't have good macro lens - they are waiting for me to buy one, lol.
In that case it was 'lunchtime hour' - so maybe we can blame it on my camera settings? which make pictures looking bit 'warm'? lol

We had the same caterpillars in this area too. Must have been a good year for them. Apparently they feed on fuschia and willow herb.
