Crab apple jelly made...

My daughters crab apple tree is bending over with the weight of fruit so I picked about a quarter of the tiny apples and they weighed 3kg. I'm going to take some more off next week and make another batch. I must take a photo of the tree too its amazing how full of fruit it is. Much better than mine this year.

What a beautiful colour! This will be me in a few years too...mine are still too small yet...I'd probably get a jar or two, but there'd be none left for the birds!
