Going to attempt some jam/jelly not decided which yet!! have enough for 3 jars perhaps.....

I made some last year. It's quite lemony & sharp in taste & smells lovely when it's cooking.

Feverfew it took much longer to make than the recipes stated, but it is amazing how it changes colour at the end......I did not put any lemon in mine.....
HB I have decided to look after our quince shrub better now that it has produced fruit....

Dd, I didn't put any lemon in mine either. It just tastes a bit as tho' I had. Mine was made from the fruit of the ornamental Quince, not C. Longifolia, which is the one usually used for jelly. Still ok tho'.
