Took ages to make, but did not want to waste the pulp from the jelly....bought some Manchego to eat with it......result!!

Yes our SIL who lived in Spain for many years introduced us to the delights of membrillo, going to try it with some very strong cheddar tomorrow!!

Sorry to be so ignorant but I don't know what manchego is? Or membrillo. I'm not a foodie,according to my sis.

Feverfew Manchego is a very nice Spanish cheese....and Membrillo is a paste/jam made from quince and the two together are very nice indeed....

Now you have made me hungry. love Manchego....or a bit of Cornish Cruncher!. This is what the quince 'paste' I bought looked like. It's so tasty!
