I love these Lori, such a pretty blue, they look great by your stream, with the lovely foliage.

Thanks Karen it's been more work than I anticipated.
The two largest clumps are finally looking settled, Janey. They've set seed as well and I've left one to see if I get any plants down stream. I'm hopeful they'll just decide to spread.

The blossom was much smaller this time, Sandra. Not sure there's much I can do about it. I find that if I make the soil nice and rich that it just encourages bugs and slugs... perhaps keeping them lean and mean will work. Maybe I'll lift them next year after they bloom and do some digging in fresh spots to see if that's more to their liking. The yellow water iris seems to have settled in well, perhaps they'll carry the show next spring.
