Thank you Janey. The Brugmansia is just starting to bloom. There are many buds. I will post a picture when in full bloom. It was spectacular last year.

They look beautiful together! I love the Delonix regia (Royal Poinciana) in the back ground...even though it's not blooming.

The Royal Poinciana never blooms in time we are here . I would love to see them in bloom.

It would most likely bloom during the hottest, driest time of the year. Probably just before the rainy season Mexico.
Delonix regia doesn't bloom here until late June or July...this past year they bloomed very early in places (in May and early June) which is early for Southern California.

The hottest and driest time of the year here is April and May. And good time to be away from here as there are many dust storms and farmers are burning the corn fields just before the rains start so very "smokey" air as well. Rains start in June.

Perfection, in my favourites.

Klahanie:
Most likely the Delonix regia would start blooming in May and then bloom through the rainy season. The dry weather in winter usually initiates the buds...the drier the better they bloom.
