Hywel, that is a little garden rotunda, gazebo, to stay out of the rain or more likely sun here. There is a table and chairs so we can have meals in the garden, read or write. The floor is made of flat stones. We build the gazebos from wood up north. They do not use wood as building material here. Only stone, cement, bricks and tiles. Of course on the Island in western Canada we build everything from wood. Mainly fir or sometime cedar for outdoors projects.

Thank you. It looks like a big metal ball. I don't suppose they've got many trees in Mexico to use for building.
It must be nice and cool in there away from the sun.
