Poinsettia planted around the base of palm tree

Poinsettia look much nicer planted outside. I don't like them as house plants & I always hope that no-one will give me one as a present!!! We wouldn't be able to grow them outdoors here.

Thanks for your comments. They can grow pretty tall here. Like a small multi-stem trees.

These look like they were just planted. They grow to tree-like proportions here.

Yes, they were just planted and probably not stay there as you said they can get pretty large.

I know what you speak Homebird. I have difficulty to grow them on the Island as well.
