stunning Dawn. how often do you cut your dog wood down? I have just thrashed mine to the ground as it had gone MAD!!

Hi Sandra, I'm ashamed to say they have never been cut down, we planted them around 12 years ago. They are on quite a steep slope, we really need to get them done this spring as they are looking a little leggy.

Well they look great...maybe they don't need chopping. I had to do mine as they were loosing the battle with the brambles.They are on a steep bank too but I can see the way they have laid themselves up the bank so I am hoping for some nice regrowth this summer.

Looks perfect to me :-)
