Simbad, the kapok comes from Ceiba pentandra (Kapok tree) . The names are very similar so it is somewhat confusing.
El Ciebo is nickname here in Mexico of Erythrina (Coral tree) species
....as Delonix1 confirmed.

I had to google this Klahanie never heard of it , said the fibre from the fruits used for kapok ?? or have I got the wrong one? Very pretty flowers :-)
