A beautiful House plant which is easy to maintain, It Flowers in early Spring. New new shoots are produced each year which can easily be removed and potted on. They make lovely gifts for friends and neighbours.

That's a lovely specimen Carole. I used to have quite a large one years ago. Unfortunately unbeknown to me a kitten we had at the time decided it was a toilt. The end of my beautiful Kaffir lily.

I've never grown this plant but it is one I'd like to one day. Once when I was giving after school English classes in a secondary school in Spain there were several VERY old specimens in flower. I doubt they ever received much attention as the soil in the pots looked old & tired even if the plants didn't look bad! They were flowering at the time I was there.

It is a popular plant in garden beds here in Mexico, Pansypotter.
