Volunteer which appeared by the retaining wall.... probably distributed by a bird.

Love this Klahanie. I just took a photo of ours to show you, as it (luckily!) matches the Pieris Forest Flame nearby - but it won't load :(

Now that you mentioned it Sheila , these too plants would look nice together. With the new growth of red pieris and the red flowers on quince. I would never think about it. This one is only baby deposited by bird (I think) as I have not planted it. Unfortunately it is also a deer`s favorite. They just did not discover it yet....or just want me to see its flowers first :-)
I hope you will be able to upload your picture. Would love to see it. Sometime I have trouble when the picture file is too large and I have to scale it down.

Thanks Klahanie. I've now managed to put up a photo, but quite honestly I'm a bit disappointed that it looks a bit dull :(
