When you said yours was big, Wow. I can't wait till mine gets bigger. I am surprised it is not more dense, have you been out with the choppers again? That denseness will suit me fine. A lovely specimen.

I must have another go with this. Now I have a greenhouse it could go inside for its first few winters. Its a real beauty.

Karen it would be ok as long as it is sheltered.....
Siris it is quite exposed and suffered this winter does not like cold wet winters or cold winds.....it is going to be pruned as soon as it has finished flowering, we have a pink flowering variety also, but no flowers sadly.....

Love it. Shouldn't get the wind, I have put it against the garage wall, nor too wet. Will have to keep watering, (rain water) during the summer.
