Digiplexis Illumination™ ‘Raspberry’

Digiplexis Illumination™ ‘Raspberry’

A cross between Digitalis purpurea, common foxglove, and Isoplexis canariensis, an orange-flowered foxglove family native to the Canary Islands.
It is a sterile hybrid, the plant will not reseed like the foxgloves and apparently with the removal of spent flowers it will continue to bloom all season.
Plant breeder: Charles Valin

New baby on our patio (right now.) I hope it will survive our winter here while we are gone.

Yes they have several colour variations. I think it is more tender than digitalis so will see if it will survive here.
This is just a baby. They can grow very tall.
Thank you for your comment Thrupennybit.

The repeat flowering is very unusual. I hope it does this for you, Kh. Lovely colour.
