Does anyone recognise this quite attractive grass, its appeared from nowhere and I not sure whether to dig it up, move it or bin IT!

it looks like corn of some description, leave it and see what develops if it is corn it will pull out easily. I get lots from the birds growing around the garden.

It could be from the bird seed Carole we've had several 2/3 ft tall grass like foliage with Dandelion type flowers I've no idea what they are ...
