Thank you Balcony, I do like the tulip shaped ones but she's grown too big & I'm going to have to try & move her - not looking forward to that!

That would be a shame but I suppose when they outgrow their allotted, then some, there comes a moment when action must be taken.

Strangely, most of her flowers are facing the wall of my house (north) I have her in a south facing border but despite a 12' obelisk she insists on growing house-wards & is attempting to smother the path to the front door.
The books say position south, east or west & height is 8 - 10. She wants to go north & is just over 12'.
